15 years ago, Mandy M\u00fcller disappears without a trace. The police are certain that she was murdered and even think they know who murdered her: her husband, to whom she was married under \u2018Sinti law\u2019. This is exactly what the investigators told the public prosecutor’s office in Celle three years ago. But nothing has happened to date. Mandy M\u00fcller is still missing and the alleged perpetrator is at large.
But now there are new developments: In January 2023, several shots are fired at Mandy’s father on his own doorstep. He only survives by chance.
Were the shots a warning?
And there is further movement in the case: the public prosecutor’s office in Celle wants to make a decision in the next three to six months on the final report drawn up by the homicide commission three years ago.
